Please inspect your package from us on arrival.
If the container appears damaged, refuse delivery and call us right away. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order if there are any problems. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization from Lanny McDowell Avian Art. Authorized returns may be exchanged for credit or product only; no cash refunds are issued.
